Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

Using MiniBook

You may use MiniBook to manage your photography business and publish booking pages. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security, access another person's information without permission, upload unlawful or harmful material, send spam, or use MiniBook in a way that breaches applicable law.

Your business and client data

You retain ownership of the business content and data you provide. You give MiniBook permission to host, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for your services, pricing, bookings, refunds, taxes, client communications, privacy notices and compliance obligations. MiniBook is a software provider and is not a party to an agreement between you and your clients.

Availability and changes

We work to keep MiniBook reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or suspected misuse.

Fees

Any paid plan, trial period, renewal terms and applicable fees will be shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Australian dollars. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.

Intellectual property

MiniBook and its software, design, branding and original content are owned by MiniBook or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. Feedback may be used to improve MiniBook without an obligation to compensate you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, MiniBook is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities or loss caused by matters outside our reasonable control.

You should keep appropriate business records and backups, review booking details before relying on them, and use professional advice where your business requires it.

Ending your account

You can stop using MiniBook at any time and can permanently delete your account in Business Settings. We may end or suspend access if you materially breach these terms or if continued access creates a legal or security risk.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue. We may update these terms as MiniBook develops and will publish the current version on this page.
